I had a sink hole forming in front, in a flower bed next to the front door. Rincon sent Lucio to investigate the issue. He dug a hole to ensure that there was no leak in a pipe in the flower bed. Once he found out there was no leak he proceeded to fill the hole with new dirt while compacting it. The problem was whoever filled the land prior near the pipe didn't use enough dirt. Instead used sand and didn't compact it. After the rains the sink hole formed. He came in and explained everything that was going with the hole. He ensures that there was no problem with the pipe. He and a helper filled and compacted the dirt, and left the area as no one was ever, and no maintenance was every done.He explained the procedure from start to finish. He was professional and courteous. He performed the job quickly and proficiently! Lucio is one of many reasons I would Rincon to people!
The manager at Rincon Property Management has been outstanding in getting technicians quickly scheduled to make a variety of repairs that we have needed. All of the contractors selected have been great. I especially want to acknowledge Frida at Rincon. She is responsive, cheerful and thorough. It's been a great experience having the Rincon folks handling the management of this lovely home that we are renting.
My family and I just signed a lease with Rincon Property Management and the whole process couldn’t have been any better. We applied to a rental property and Kristen was there answering any questions we had and also giving us updates and reaching out to us if there was anything missing. My family and I all have different busy schedules but Kristen did a great job making herself available to us. After selling our home of 26 years we found ourselves renting while we waited for our son to graduate high school, we found Rincon to be extremely professional. They were very easy to work with and were attentive to our needs. They really made our 2 years of renting a joy.
Applied for a rental. We provided everything they asked for. All required documents were submitted. Each time we submitted one thing we were asked. They needed something else when we were suppose to get an answer. It felt as if we were prying teeth to get an answer. Communication could be better, too much beating around the bush. Annoyed we had to waste our time.
